Solace AGI provides an AI-driven business operating model through Solace City. You pick a bundle (Local Service, Personal Brand, B2B Tech Sales, Startup, OSS Startup, or Custom Vertical). Each bundle includes a coordinated AI workforce, monthly 1:1 strategic time with the founder (Phuc Vinh Truong), and access to Solace Browser, which you install locally and use to authorize the platforms your workforce operates on (Gmail, LinkedIn, GBP, Facebook, etc.).
Bundle pricing is set per /pricing. We bill monthly on the anniversary of your first paid month. Partial months are prorated. The $1,000 setup fee is WAIVED during the current launch period. Annual plans receive 30% off and are billed upfront. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no termination fees.
30-day free trial on every base bundle. Stripe pre-authorizes your card on signup so we know you're committed, but the meter does not start until day 31. Cancel any time in month 1 for zero charge.
Install Solace Browser locally and keep it running. Log in to the platforms your workforce uses (you grant access via OAuth3 — we never see your passwords). Review and override any shipped activity you don't like — the override flow is 1-click on the dashboard. Maintain a valid payment method.
Run the AI workforce reliably (99.9% uptime SLA). Maintain Phuc as your CTO availability per your tier (monthly 1:1 on Growth, weekly on Scale). Keep your private tenant repo and activity records private to you. Log every action with a tamper-proof record (screenshot, timestamp, signature) so you can audit anything we ship. Honor 1-click revocation of any OAuth3 grant within 5 minutes.
Low-risk activities (your own social posts, review replies, scheduled blog posts) auto-publish after passing Critic's voice-check before publish (your editor can't tell what's AI-assisted). You can flag any activity as 'always ask me' via /dashboard/preferences. Overrides feed back into your taste profile to prevent recurrence.
Everything Solace produces for you (content, designs, campaign recipes, customer-acquisition data) is your IP, stored in your private tenant GitHub repo. If you cancel, the repo stays yours; you can fork it or feed it to a different tool. We retain only the aggregate, anonymized signal that powers cross-customer learning (no individual customer-side data is shared).
